London, Lub Kaum Hli 8th (Argus) - Lub tuam txhab kev txhim kho mining Aclara Resources, lub hauv paus hauv Toronto, thiab Chilean steel tsim CAP tau tsim ib qho kev cog qoob loo hauv Talcahuano, Chile, txhawm rau kuaj kev tsim cov hlau tsis tshua muaj hauv ntiaj teb thiab cov alloys.
Aclara Metals yuav siv txoj kev molten ntsev electrolysis los hloov neodymium -praseodymium oxides rau hauv cov hlau tsis tshua muaj hauv ntiaj teb thiab cov alloys. Lub peev xwm tsim ntawm qhov chaw tuaj yeem ncav cuag 175 kilograms ib hnub twg, nrog rau cov khoom lag luam purity tsis qis dua 99.5%.
Qhov project yuav txheeb xyuas qhov muaj peev xwm ua haujlwm ruaj khov thiab tsis tu ncua ntawm lub cuab yeej los ntawm ntau qhov kev sim ntau lawm thiab sau cov ntaub ntawv engineering los txhawb Aclara txoj kev npaj tsim kom muaj kev lag luam tsis tshua muaj ntiaj teb sib cais cog hauv Louisiana, Tebchaws Asmeskas. Txoj haujlwm Chilean no tseem tab tom txiav txim siab ua qhov thib ob ntawm kev sim ua qauv qhia, thaum lub sijhawm dysprosium oxide yuav ntxiv los tsim praseodymium-neodymium-dysprosium alloys.
Qhov project no siv lub metallurgical kev paub dhau los ntawm CAP's Huachipato steel zeb thiab txais cov cuab yeej cuab tam ua ke tsim los ntawm CAP thiab Aclara.
Aclara tau cog lus los tsim kom muaj kev siv thev naus laus zis thiab kev tsim khoom siv los npog tag nrho cov kev lag luam, suav nrog cov phiaj xwm mining thiab pilot nroj tsuag rau kev mloog zoo hauv Chile thiab Brazil, nrog rau kev cog qoob loo rau lub ntiaj teb tsis tshua muaj kev sib cais hauv Virginia, Tebchaws Asmeskas.
Alvaro Castellon, tus thawj tswj hwm ntawm Aclara, tau hais tias: "Lub ntiaj teb tsis tshua muaj kev siv tshuab hlau tsis tshua muaj nyob rau hauv Western lub teb chaws thiab yuav luag nyob rau hauv ib qho chaw dawb huv. Cov nroj tsuag no yuav ua rau peb rov ua dua ib qho ntawm plaub theem ntawm cov txheej txheem tsis tshua muaj lub ntiaj teb metalization thiab tau txais kev ua haujlwm zoo. Cov kev paub no yuav ua tiav cov kev tsim engineering txuas ntxiv mus thiab pab peb txav mus ze rau lub hom phiaj ntawm lub tsev tsim khoom hauv United States.
